We provide a 100% money-back guarantee if we are unable to unlock your device as promised. However, once your device has been successfully unlocked, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.

2.2 Unsuccessful Unlocking Services

You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to provide an unlock solution for your device after processing your order
  • The unlock solution provided does not work when correctly applied according to our instructions
  • Your device was determined to be already unlocked prior to our service (subject to verification)

2.3 Ineligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The unlock solution was successfully provided and applied, and the device was successfully unlocked
  • You provided incorrect device information (wrong IMEI, wrong model, wrong carrier, etc.)
  • You no longer need the unlocking service after it has been processed (change of mind)
  • You failed to follow the unlocking instructions correctly
  • Your device has hardware or software issues preventing the unlock from working
  • Your device is blacklisted, reported as lost or stolen, or involved in fraudulent activities

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, device details, and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide any requested evidence or information to support your claim

3.2 Refund Verification

Upon receiving your refund request, we will:

  1. Review your order details and service status
  2. Verify the reason for the refund request
  3. Potentially request additional information or troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue
  4. Make a determination regarding refund eligibility

3.3 Refund Timeframes

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 3-5 business days after approval
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Full refunds are issued when:

  • The unlock solution does not work at all
  • Your device was already unlocked before our service (subject to verification)
  • The service was charged but not provided due to an error on our part

4.2 Partial Refunds

  • If there was a significant delay in providing the service beyond our stated timeframes
  • If we provided an alternative unlocking solution that was less comprehensive than originally ordered
  • In other situations where full service was not delivered but some value was provided

4.3 No Refunds

As stated in section 2.3, no refunds will be issued for successful unlocks, incorrect information provided by the customer, change of mind, or failure to follow instructions.

5. Service Cancellations

5.1 Before Processing

If you wish to cancel your order before we begin processing it:

  • Contact our customer support immediately
  • If we have not yet begun processing your order, a full refund will be issued
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order to guarantee eligibility

5.2 During Processing

If you wish to cancel your order after we have begun processing it:

  • Contact our customer support with your cancellation request
  • If the unlocking process has already been initiated with the carrier, we may not be able to cancel it
  • If we can cancel the order, a refund may be issued, potentially minus an administration fee (up to 20% of the order value)

5.3 After Completion

Once the unlocking service has been completed, cancellations are not possible, and our standard refund policy applies.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Extended Processing Times

If your unlocking service takes significantly longer than our estimated timeframe:

  • We will communicate with you about the delay and the reasons for it
  • You may choose to wait for the service to be completed
  • You may request a cancellation and refund if the delay is excessive (typically more than twice the estimated processing time)

If technical issues with our system or the carrier database prevent the completion of your order:

7. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that in some cases, payment processing fees charged by payment providers (such as PayPal, credit card companies, etc.) may not be refundable. These fees typically range from 2.5% to 3.5% of the transaction amount.

If a refund is processed, we will refund the full amount paid to us, but we cannot guarantee the refund of any external payment processing fees that may have been charged by your payment provider.

8. Multiple Unlock Attempts

In some cases, unlocking a device may require multiple attempts or different methods:

  • If the first attempt is unsuccessful, we will try alternative methods at no additional cost
  • If we believe a different service is required, we will contact you with options
  • If after multiple attempts we cannot unlock your device, a refund will be provided
